Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our service. You are entitled to request a refund only in the following cases:

  • If the official registration period has ended and we have not submitted your application.
  • If we fail to submit the application within 7 days from the date of service purchase.

Refund Process:

  • Within Egypt: Refunds will be processed via InstaPay within a maximum of 2 business days.
  • Outside Egypt: Refunds will be processed via PayPal, with PayPal fees deducted from the refund amount.

To initiate a refund request, please contact us via WhatsApp and provide your Invoice Number. We will process your request within a maximum of two (2) business days.

Any attempt of fraud or submission of incorrect information may result in the rejection of the refund request.
