DV Lottery Eligibility Criteria

If you're considering applying for the Diversity Visa Lottery (DV Lottery),
there are two main criteria that applicants must meet to be eligible for participation.
First Requirement: Country of Birth:
The applicant must be born in a country that is eligible to participate in the program.
Unfortunately, some countries are ineligible to apply, and these include:
Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Haiti,
Honduras, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, the Philippines, Vietnam, South Korea, and Venezuela.
Second Requirement: Educational Qualification:
The applicant must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent, such as the Baccalaureate
in North African countries, or have completed 12 years of primary and secondary education.
This requirement ensures that the applicant meets the minimum academic qualifications necessary.
⚠️ Special Exceptions:
In some cases, individuals who have not completed 12 years of education or do not hold a high school diploma may still apply, provided they have work experience in a specific profession. You can visit the official website through this [link] to check the rating of your profession.
⚠️ Professional Evaluation:
If you score more than 7 points in your profession's evaluation, you may still be eligible to apply even if you have not completed 12 years of education.
💡 Note:
Most Arab countries do not offer the required professions, as the in-demand specializations are usually in fields such as programming, graphic design, and others.
